Here are some of the most repeatedly asked questions.  If you have a question about any of our products or processes, please do not hesitate to email us!

* Can I customize my item?

Yes, the majority of our items can be customized.  Just include the custom info in the option boxes before adding it to your cart.

 

* Will I see a proof before you begin the order?

Yes, most items have a proof selection box for you to indicate whether or not you want a digital proof emailed to you before we start production.  Changes can be made as many times as necessary to get your perfect item.  Proofs are emailed within 24 - 36 hours after receiving your order.

 

* How long will it take to get my order?

We have different production times depending on the product.  Generally, our production time for banners, magnets and door sashes is 1 - 2 working days.  However, if you request a digital proof, production will not start until you approve the proof.

Towel Anchors and Lounge Chair Covers require 3 - 5 days production time.

You will select your shipping transit time at check out.

 

*  Do you have rush service?

Yes, we do offer rush service for a nominal fee.  This will prioritize your order for fast production time.  This does not include rush shipping.  Rush shipping will need to be selected at check out.  However, if you select rush shipping and not rush production, the normal production time will be in effect.

 

*  What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate shipping fees depending on the shipping transit time.  You will be offered regular shipping, priority shipping and express shipping at check out.

 

*  Are your items flame retardant?

This is our most asked question.  Carnival Cruise Line states on their website that all decorations must be flame retardant.  Our items are not technically flame retardant.  However, we have tested all of our products on numerous Carnival ships with no issues or comments from any crew member.

They are mostly concerned with open flames, candles, lights and any decorations that plug in.  We have personally seen many different types of decorations on Carnival cabin doors, including ones we sell.  However, we can not guarantee that Carnival, or any other cruise line, will not ask you to remove your decoration.

 

*  Do you guarantee that your magnets and/or door banners will stick on our cabin door?

We tested our door magnets and door banners on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian cruise lines.  We cruised on several different ships with each line testing various cabin doors.  We found no cabin doors that would not hold our magnet or banners.  However, we can not guarantee that your cabin door will be the type of metal that can hold a magnet.

 

*  How do I attach the door banners to my cabin door?

We recommend using a magnetic hook or "Command" brand hook to attach your door banner to your cabin door.  Cruise lines will not allow screws, nails, tape, staples or any other invasive means to attach any decorations to your door or walls.  Please respect their property and remove any hooks before leaving the ship.

 

*  Can you put my specific ship on my banner or magnet?  

Due to copyright laws, we do not use specific ships or ships that are recognizable as belonging to a certain cruise line on any or our products.  We also will not use any logos, Disney characters or icons, the Carnival Whale Tail or other copyrighted images.  Using a copyrighted image can result in a copyright infringement law suit and we will not take that risk.

 

*  Can I use my own image or design?

As long as you own the image or design and it is not a copyrighted image.  We request that you email us the image or design before ordering so we can determine if it is suitable for reproduction.
